Ben began his career in residential solar, working directly with homeowners and installing systems across Western Australia. Over time, he moved into larger commercial projects, designing and managing complex solar and battery installations across a range of sites. That progression from residential rooftops to large-scale energy systems has shaped the way Dynamic operates.

The aim is simple - to apply structured planning, technical expertise and high installation standards to every home, while maintaining the personal, practical approach that residential clients value.
